Once an accident happens, call 911 as soon as possible
Make sure that all members in the house know their role if an emergency happens
Make sure that all medications are put away so that children and animals can not get to them
Practice for emergencies BEFORE they happen
Keep toys off of stairs
Do NOT store flammible liquides inside of a house. They should be stored in a container clearly marked in a detached building if possible.
